The annual meeting for the Lakeford Community Association has been scheduled for Monday, May 9th at 7:30pm. Registration will begin at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at Pine Spring Elementary School, located at 7607 Willow Lane, Falls Church, VA 22042.

Lakeford community dogs are celebrating this week as the new dog park makes its community debut!  The Lakeford community dog park will serve as a place for community members to exercise and socialize their dogs.  There are of course some dog park rules that we must enforce ourselves if it is to remain a positive addition to the community.  I recommend looking at the Fairfax County dog park rules to be familiarize yourself with dog park etiquette and best practices.  But here are a couple we would like to highlight.

(1) All owners must pick up after their pets.

(2) The park is for community members only.

(3) Be sure that your dog is up to date on all vaccination before letting them into the park.

(4) Owners must be aware of their dogs behavior at all time and remove them immediately upon signs of aggression.
